XAG currently offers two flagship agricultural drones on the Polish and European market: the P150 Max — a heavy-lift workhorse built for large-scale operations — and the P100 Pro — a proven, centimeter-precise platform that has become the standard on thousands of farms. As an official XAG distribution and service partner in Poland, we operate, service, and train pilots on both machines. In this comparison we put the real field specifications side by side — no laboratory marketing, just the numbers that decide how many hectares you cover in a day.

Payload and Throughput: the Numbers Speak for Themselves
The gap between the two platforms is not cosmetic. The P150 Max lifts 80 kg against the P100 Pro's 50 kg, carries an 80-liter spray tank against 50 liters, and pushes liquid out a third faster. In practice this means fewer refill stops, fewer battery swaps per hectare, and more of the working day spent actually flying over the crop.
Spraying: RevoSpray P5 vs RevoSpray P3
Both drones use XAG's rotary atomization technology with droplet size adjustable from 60 to 500 microns, driven by a high-output peristaltic pump with real-time remaining-liquid monitoring. That range matters agronomically: fine droplets maximize coverage for fungicide applications, while coarser droplets reduce drift when applying herbicides or working in wind.
The difference is in scale. The RevoSpray P5 on the P150 Max delivers up to 32 L/min from an 80 L tank; the RevoSpray P3 on the P100 Pro delivers up to 24 L/min from a 50 L tank (expandable to 60 L with the upgrade kit). At higher application rates per hectare, the P150 Max simply keeps flying while the smaller tank is heading back for a refill.
Spreading: RevoCast P5 vs RevoCast P3
For granular fertilizer and seeding work, the P150 Max's RevoCast P5 hopper holds 115 L and discharges up to 300 kg/min. The P100 Pro's RevoCast P3 holds 70 L and reaches 200 kg/min. Both use XAG's intelligent screw-feeder design for a consistent, even distribution pattern — the difference again is how many kilograms you move per sortie.
Working Width
Combined with a higher maximum working speed (18 m/s vs 15 m/s), the P150 Max covers a wider swath faster. On large, open fields that compounds into a significant per-day advantage; on smaller or irregular plots the difference matters far less.
Precision, Radar and Autonomy
The P150 Max flies on the SuperX 5 Pro flight controller with a 4D imaging radar that detects obstacles from 1.5 to 100 meters; the P100 Pro uses the proven SuperX 4 Pro with a 1.5–80 m radar range. Both platforms offer AI-assisted route planning, real-time 3D terrain mapping and predictive fault detection.
Two distinctions are worth highlighting. The P100 Pro RTK bundle ships with a GNSS XRTK4 rover for centimeter-level positioning out of the box — the reason it remains the go-to choice for orchards, vegetable plots and any work near field boundaries. The P150 Max, in turn, supports multi-drone swarm operations: several aircraft coordinated simultaneously, which is exactly how large service providers scale up coverage.

Which One Should You Choose?
Choose the XAG P150 Max if you run a spraying service business or farm large, open acreage. The 80 kg payload, 32 L/min flow, 300 kg/min spreading and swarm capability make it the highest-throughput agricultural drone XAG has ever shipped — every specification is built around covering more hectares per day.
Choose the XAG P100 Pro if you farm small to mid-size fields, orchards or vegetables where RTK precision at the field edge matters more than raw tank volume — or if you want a lower entry price on a platform with years of proven reliability. A spreader-focused P100 Pro bundle is also available.
