Placing orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Fill out the order form
  • Choose the delivery and payment method
  • Confirm the order
  1. After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation at the provided email address.
  2. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation of order acceptance.

  2. Prices are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN), euros (EUR), or US dollars (USD).

Right of withdrawal

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons (in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU).
  2. The withdrawal period begins from the day the product is received.
  3. To withdraw, a declaration must be submitted (email or form on the website).
  4. The product must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.
  5. The Seller refunds all payments within 14 days of receiving the product.
  6. The costs of returning the product are borne by the Consumer.
  7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
