Returns & Complaints
14 days
to withdraw from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right also applies to sole traders (JDG) when the contract is not of a professional nature. Direct return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
