1. 1. General provisions

1.1. The online store www.drone-partss.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”, is run by Yasniel Diaz Marrero, running a business under the name IMEGA Yasniel Diaz Marrero, entered into the Central Registration and Information on Business at 44-200 Rybnik, street Smolna 14, with the e-mail address: [email protected], with the NIP number 6472457939, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

1.2. The Seller provides services in the sale of professional platforms for filming and aerial photography, presented on the Online Store’s website, hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”, on the terms set out in these Regulations.

1.3. The regulations of the online store www.drone-partss.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”, are the regulations referred to in Art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2013.1422 consolidated text). The Regulations are made available to Customers before concluding the contract free of charge via a link on the main page of the website www.drone-partss.com, in the Regulations tab (https://drone-partss.com/regulamin/?lang=pl). The customer has the right to download these Regulations and print them out. The Regulations are also made available at the Customer’s request in a way that enables obtaining, reproducing and recording their content using the IT system used by the Customer.

1.4. “Customer” within the meaning of the Regulations is an adult natural person placing an order or registering an account in the Online Store, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by special provisions, where “consumer” means a Customer who is a natural person making a transaction with an entrepreneur. legal act not directly related to its business or professional activity, unless the currently applicable content of Art. 22(1) of the Civil Code provides otherwise.

1.5. In order to use the Online Store, the Customer should, on his own, obtain access to a device enabling browsing the websites and performing activities on them, connecting to the Internet, using a web browser and having an active e-mail box enabling the reception of e-mails. The Seller ensures the correct operation of the Online Store using the following browsers:

Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later with Java applets enabled, or

Mozilla Firefox version 2.0 or later with Java applets enabled, or

Opera version 9.0 or newer with Java applets enabled, or

Google Chrome version 2.0 or later with Java applets enabled, or

Apple Safari version 3.0 or later with Java applets enabled.

Additionally, the minimum screen resolution allowing for comfortable viewing of the Online Store’s pages is 1024×768 pixels.

1.6. Using the Online Store website in a manner contrary to the law, in particular violating the personal rights of the Seller or third parties, disrupting the operation of the Online Store, including providing illegal content via it, is prohibited.

2. Making purchases

2.1. You can make purchases in the Online Store on any day and at any time, provided that orders are processed only by collecting them in a stationary store.

2.2. Purchases in the Online Store are made electronically, in which the Customer’s e-mail address and password are the exclusive means of identifying him and orders successfully placed using the above-mentioned. elements will be legally binding on the parties.

2.3. Placing an order is possible after registering in the Online Store, which takes place after completing and accepting the registration form available in the register tab, or without registration. Registration in the Online Store does not oblige the Customer to place any minimum number of orders.

2.4. Providing all information by the Customer, including personal data, is voluntary, however, failure to provide information marked as required will result in the account not being able to be registered or the order being unable to be completed.

2.5. In order to send an order via the Online Store, the Customer:

based on the information contained on the website and the displayed messages, selects the Goods by adding individual items to the basket, the number of items ordered, and selects the method of delivery and payment from those offered by the Seller, accepts the summary of the selected Goods, method and cost of payment presented to him, and method and cost of delivery, and places an order for the delivery of the Goods placed in the basket by clicking the “Order and pay” button.
