Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we process personally identifiable information (your “personal information”) collected when you visit our website at a web address. and profiles in social media, belonging to or operated by us (hereinafter collectively and each of them as a “Website”) or when you contact us using the tools available on it, and in connection with ordering, purchasing and using products offered by us. In particular, the Policy also indicates how we use the personal data collected in connection with the operation of the Website and your purchase of our products (“Products”). Personal data may also be processed for the purpose of communication with you (e.g. in the event of complaints, inquiries etc.). This Policy reflects the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“TODO”).

Processing of personal data

Purpose and basis of data processing

The personal data you provide to us, i.e. your name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, company name (if you make a purchase for the company) NIP number (if you make a purchase for the company) is processed, as appropriate, for the following purposes:

establishing, shaping the content, changing, dissolving and properly implementing the services provided by electronic means, including maintaining a user account on the Website (Article 6(1)(b) of the TABLES);
sending a newsletter containing commercial information about the Products and news on the Website, including promotional offers (Article 6(1)(a) TCO);
processing of your orders for Products (Article 6(1)(b) of the TDO);
Handling of your complaints and reimbursement of benefits in case of withdrawal from the contract (Article 6.1.b TCO);
handling other requests or enquiries you may address to us (Article 6.1.b TCO);
direct marketing (Article 6(1)(f) TCO);
meeting the obligations imposed on us by law, e.g. by the Accounting Act or tax regulations (e.g. issuing and maintaining invoices and accounting documents) (Article 6(1)(c) TCO);
to pursue our legitimate interest (e.g., to assert our claims, as well as to defend against such claims, to prevent abuse or fraud, to respond to enquiries, complaints, suggestions) (Article 6(1)(f) of the FDA).

Provision of data

You provide us with personal information voluntarily, however, failure to provide certain personal information (identity or address details) may prevent us from providing electronic services to you, including displaying matching information about promotions or special offers offered on the Website and your purchases of Products offered on our Website.

Processing period

We will only process your data for as long as we have a legal basis for doing so, i.e., depending on what is applicable in the case in question and what happens at the latest, until such time as we have a legal basis:

we no longer have a legal obligation to process your data or
the possibility of pursuing claims relating to the contract concluded between us and you ceases to exist or
you revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data – if the processing of your data was based on your consent (newsletter) or
your objection to the processing of your personal data will be accepted – if the processing of your data was based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator or if the data was processed for the purpose of direct marketing (including profiling, as described below).

As part of the Website, we may automatically adapt certain content to your needs, i.e., perform profiling using the personal information you provide. This profiling consists primarily of automatically assessing which Products may be of interest to you based on your past activities on the Internet, including the Website, and displaying the Product advertisements thus profiled. The profiling we perform does not result in decisions that have legal effect on you or that affect you in a similarly significant manner.

Recipients of personal data

We will share your information with entities that act on our behalf, i.e., providers of IT services and solutions, marketing agencies, couriers, providers of accounting, financial, insurance and administrative services, entities conducting customer satisfaction surveys on our behalf, public authorities, including courts, upon their reasoned request, public bodies, including courts and attorneys, insurers and advisors, where necessary for our defence against claims or for our claims.

If you choose to make a payment through one of our electronic payment service providers, we will provide you with personal information including: name, surname, number and value of your order, IP number, email address, telephone number, customer ID assigned to you by the payment service provider to that provider to process your payment.

We will not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

Your entitlements

In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

to obtain confirmation from the Administrator whether your personal data is being processed;
request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing;
to request the transfer of your personal data to another Administrator;
to object at any time to the processing of your data, for reasons related to your specific situation – to the processing of your personal data, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the TYPE (i.e. on the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator), and – if your personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing – to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing;
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (if you consider that we are processing your personal data unlawfully).

Cookies are small pieces of information, consisting of a series of letters and numbers, sent by the Website and stored on the end device (computer, laptop, smartphone) that you use to browse the website. These files contain various information necessary for the proper functioning of websites, e.g. those requiring authorization – among others, when logging in to your email account or website (“Cookies”).

Data security

When processing your personal data, we use organisational and technical measures in accordance with applicable laws, including the use of SSL certificate encryption. Your personal data is stored in a database that has been subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the data processed in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable data protection legislation. Access to the database is only available to persons who have been authorised by the Administrator.

Final provisions

This Policy is effective from 21 August 2018. We will notify you of any changes to this Policy in good time, no later than 14 days prior to their introduction, by posting the new content of this document on the website

In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018,1000), the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2017,1219) and executive acts issued on their basis shall apply.
